Normally, our distribution plan is prepared well before the launching process. The plan usually ensures optimum product coverage, distribution and display in all different types of outlets in all the major five cities where we have our branches. Moreover, key accounts and wholesales are included in the distribution plan to ensure maximum penetration and reach. Along with the distribution plan, marketing promotions such as ATL activities (TV, press, muppies, POSM, sampling, PR, …etc) and BTL activities (trade incentives, display rents, trade promotions, ….etc) has to in total synchronization with the product distribution |

Besides Shihab's distinctive products range which have been in the market for decades, we have launched a number of new products since the beginning of this year 2006. These products are PRAN juices, Melbourne cheese and Jenan oils, pasta and noodles. By the beginning of next year, we will launch even more new high quality products. |
